Re exercise: I ...First, thanks for joining my blog.
Re exercise: I find I get all I need from gardening and walking the dog in the beautiful Shropshire hills. Hills being the operative word. I have a great crop of ancient castle wall stones in the garden; the dog, the stones, the hills aggravate my arthritis but leave me feeling happy and smug. Here's a tip: when I'm walking uphill, getting puffed, I simply stop, turn round and ADMIRE THE VIEW! Can't do that sitting on a rowing machine.Frikohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04277167831642088694noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7652835323489468820.post-51509616984453802752009-03-31T15:18:00.000-07:002009-03-31T15:18:00.000-07:00Reallly enjoyed this post. My machine is down in the basement, gathering dust. I had trouble with keeping my feet in the foot thingies on mine. Hope yours works better--when you finally open it. Are you going to wait the 7 or so days? *LOL*

I second the notion to read the directions. Hope it doesn't require too much assembling.Jeanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10029423500476995817noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7652835323489468820.post-72747298647563656182009-03-30T16:56:00.000-07:002009-03-30T16:56:00.000-07:00Good for you, both on the walking and the impendin...Good for you, both on the walking and the impending rowing! Good luck with the rowing machine. Go slow at first, it's a great workout but will leave you brutally sore if you over-do it!Shatteredhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03522971021773946033noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7652835323489468820.post-15356327874155027062009-03-30T11:00:00.000-07:002009-03-30T11:00:00.000-07:00First, above all things, READ THE DIRECTIONS.
